An unknown male was witnessed by passerby to enter the East River under the Manhattan Bridge on 8/10/05 and never resurfaced. NYPD Harbor searched but could not find him. On 8/28/05, a Circle Line Cruise employee was docking a boat at their Pier in the Brooklyn Navy Yard when he saw decedent floating against the dock. The decedent's clothing and physical description matched the male who went into the water on 8/10.
