pedestrian struck by vehicle on US 27 and Bass Rd. The vehicle fled the scene of the crash prior to arrival of law-enforcement. The pedestrian came to a final rest on the traffic lane of S US 27 and was later struck by V2 which also fled the scene prior to arrival of law enforcement.
