The decedent is found within a pile of trash and debris in a Recycling Plant in Philadelphia. She is found severely decomposed with maggot infestation, making race and age difficult to determine. The temperature at the time of discovery and the week preceding was appoximately 100 degrees fahrenheit. The scar on her abdomen, possibly an exploratory laporotomy, is due to some sort of traumatic injury.
