Passerby called 911 and reported unresponsive man in Riverside Park, opposite 244 Riverside drive and along the West 96th St entrance to the West Side Highway. Possible names include Ivan Astor Ayala or William Matias. Multiple other possible names. Possibly from Puerto Rico.
