On 10/13/2008, at approximately 0945 hours, the decedent was found in a makeshift shelter after firefighters had extinguished a fire on a hillside. There were reports that the decedent had lived at this shelter for the previous 3-4 years and could possibly be a homeless man know as Hon W. Pan who had been in the area prior to the fire and has not been seen since. Unable to confirm this name at this time, Hon W. Pan was reportedly from Vietnam.
