On 12/23/2010 at approximately 1549 hours, a Nevada Highway Patrol Trooper discovered the decedent in sagebrush on the southside embankment, approximately 20 feet from the eastbound Interstate 80 lane. The scene was at mile marker 319 in Elko County, Nevada. There was no clothing with the decedent.
