The Massachusetts State Police Detectives, Cape and Islands District and the Sandwich Police Department are investigating the discovery of body at Town Neck Beach in Sandwich on June 04, 2014. The body was located in the dune area and was wrapped in a plastic tarp. The body was mutilated in a manner which prevents traditional identification methods.
