On March 5, 1910 this unidentified white male was picked up in Richmond; he was unable to speak or hear and had no identification. He was admitted to Eastern State Hospital and worked as a farm laborer. On June 19, 1951 he was struck by a car and suffered head injuries; he died from his injuries on June 21. DBF and age range are based off when this unidentified man died, and not when he was found in 1910.
