A passersby on horseback found the decedent south of a small lagoon and approximately 1/8 mile north of the north property line of the Border Field State Park which is about .9 mile northwest of Monument Road in Imperial Beach. They notified US Border Patrol agent who confirmed the death and notified the Imperial Beach Police Department.
