On the afternoon of 3/27/23 a man was rummaging through an apparently abandoned shopping cart full of miscellaneous items when he discovered what he thought was a "doll". He placed the "doll" in a shopping cart & walked back to his residence. There it was discovered that the infant was indeed not a doll but a real infant.
