Found on highway at Cottman Ave and Oxford Ave and taken to JFK Hospital and then transferred immediately to Hahneman Hospital for delicing facilities. Decedent had a temp of 77, no pulse or BP. CPR and peritoneal dialysis was done in ER and then taken to OR for cardiopulmonary bypass but decedent never responded.
