The deceased body of a full term infant baby girl was located in the trash can of a women's restroom at the University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia, Missouri on 01/29/1989. Evidence indicated the birth occurred in the same location as the homicide. No suspect(s) were located. Remains were buried in a paupers grave.
