Skeletal remains were found on a pallet in an apparent homeless camp located underneath the freeway. A bank statement from Saigon Central Post, Inc., T-Mobile prepaid phone card and purchase receipt all have the name "DAT THANH NGUYEN" or "DAT NGUYEN".
