This man had a heart attack in 1989 and was taken to Johns Hopkins Hospital. He was transferred to a nursing home where he died two years later. He used the name "Emmanuel Ford" and date of birth of June 18, 1940; however, these were made up and his true identity was never established. Date Found: 1991-06-02
