Cranium was found on a rocky embankment along the Tulpehocken Creek near Bushong Dam, south of Stonecliffe Recreation Area by a fisherman. It was found on top of river gravel suggesting that it was washed on scene after some time in the creek water. The cranium also exhibited moderate weathering and green staining likely from vegetation and algae, further suggesting time in the creek.
