Skeletal remains found on river bank in remote wooded area. It appears these remains were recently deposited where found by falling river level. Found nearby was knee high black boot (left foot only). Ace elastic knee or elbow brace [Size Large] was found inside boot. Boot size 13. Brand 'Tingley'.
