Partial skeletal human remains were discovered at construction site while bulldozing for a new road in the neighborhood of Deer Creek Estates. Remains appeared "weather beaten" indicating a considerable amount of time since death had passed. A plastic bag was also located with the remains suggesting the body was possibly buried in the bag.
