On 01/02/2015, at approximately 0900 hours, the owner of a home on St. Peters Drive went outside his home to retrieve his newspaper. He saw an object covered by a blue cover with what appeared to be a foot outside the cover. The object was just outside of the gate by his home. He thought it was a doll or an object that belonged to the neighbor and went back in to his home. Another neighbor came out several hours later and uncovered the twin female babies and called 9-1-1.
