On 17 August 2024 at 1815 hours, Palatine Police Department contacted the Forensic Institute to report the death of an UNKNOWN individual. Palatine Police documented this incident under their report number PAP24-006715. Per Palatine PD on 17 Augus t 2024 at approximately 1715 hours, the owner of the incident location (a vacant lot located at 2239 North Rand Road, Palatine IL, 60074) was conducting a check of the premises due to upcoming planned construction work. He walked by the trailer and smelled a foul odor and discovered UNKNOWN.
