An engineer for a nearby power plant was installing batteries when he walked through the wash to take overall photos of the area when he saw skeletal remains at approximately 1550 hours. He called his supervisor to inform him and his supervisor advised him to call 9-1-1. PSPD Officers arrived on scene at 1629 hours and confirmed skeletal remains.
