On 8/21/2019 the decedent appeared to be homeless and was found on a sidewalk in Los Angeles, CA with general weakness. She was transported by ambulance to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where she remained until her death on 8/29/2019. The decedent told paramedics her name was "Candace Norwood".
