This individual was discovered in a remote area north of Ramsey Canyon which is west of the city of Sierra Vista by a USBP agent in January, but due to weather conditions and the terrain was recovered in March by Cochise County SO. Paperwork was found near the decedent with the possible name of 'Eduardo Flores Mendez' from Distrito Federal Mexico.
