A partial cranium was reportedly found sometime between 1975 and 1978 (the exact date is unknown) by a road cutting crew near Peshastin, WA. It was taken home by an employee of the associated lumber mill, until the employee's son came into possession of the cranium in December 2024 and reported it to the Chelan County Coroner's Office.
