A citizen found human remains wrapped in a sheet, down a steep slope off of Pinehurst Road, Moraga. The Contra Costa County Sheriff's Department conducted an investigation. The decedent appears to be an Asian male, 25-35 years old, black hair, weighing 150 - 170 pounds, wearing blue trousers, belt, light colored shirt, orange socks, black shoes and red shorts.
