On 16 April 24 at 0620 hours, Chicago Police Department notified the Institute of the death of an UNKNOWN White, Male. The incident occurred at North Avenue Beach located in the 1900 Block of N. Lake Shore Dr, Chicago, IL 60610., On April 16, 2024, at approximately 0615 hours, EMS was called by a bystander who discovered UNKNOWN floating in Lake Michigan.
