Highway workers found an unidentified person in a wooded area on the east side of I-95 N of Doswell, Hanover County VA. Interval between death & discovery is months. The remains are believed to belong to a Hispanic male, likely married to a woman named Lucy, possible date of marriage 4/14/1975.
