This body was found in the river by Lock personnel at Lock and Dam 13 Southend 4th gate on west side. There is a possibility that this victim might have floated from Oklahoma on the Arkansas River considering that this location is only 4 miles from the Oklahoma and Arknasas state line. There are also several homeless camps close to the river.
