Hispanic, light complexion; wearing black-rimmed glasses; dark blue, long-sleeved, button-down shirt, an undershirt, "Jockey" type underpants, dark leather belt, light brown, plaid slacks. Was covered with a green sleeping bag. Had straight black hair approximately three inches in length; teeth in good condition. No tattoos or scars.
