UI was seen jumping out onto interstate causing traffic to weave to keep from hitting him. Dec. threw himself in front of oncoming tractor trailer and was struck and killed. Possible decedent Usulton V. O'Neal (from Nashville, Tennessee dob 07/14/1920)
