This victim was found by a fisherman in Bull Shoals Lake. The Location on the lake where victim was found is known as Howard Creek Arm near the Marion/Baxter County line. There was a bicycle found in close proximity to where the body was found. A backpack was also found with the bicycle and in the backpack contained a receipt to a mall in Phoenix, Arizona for walkman radio and a key to a Greyhound bus terminal locker. It is not confirmed whether or not these items are related to the victim.
