On 1/13/22, at approximately 0007 hours, the Pismo Beach Police Department received a report of an unidentified person who had washed up onto the beach . The subject was in an advanced state of decay but appeared to be a white male adult approximately 6’ tall.
He had a small purple piercing in his left ear (tragus), tattoos on both forearms, and a tattoo on his lower left leg. Due to advanced stages of decomposition, there is no information related to his legs and lower abdomen.
