On 1/13/22, at approximately 0007 hours, the Pismo Beach Police Department received a report of an unidentified person who had washed up onto the beach . The subject was in an advanced state of decay but appeared to be a white male adult approximately 6’ tall. He had a small purple piercing in his left ear (tragus), tattoos on both forearms, and a tattoo on his lower left leg. Due to advanced stages of decomposition, there is no information related to his legs and lower abdomen. On the subject’s left forearm was a tattoo scene which included a purple tulip and what appeared to be the top of a pointed building or a warrior with a helmet. There was orange and yellow coloring in the scene. On his right forearm was a tattoo scene which was difficult to ascertain. His left ankle contained a tattoo which possibly depicted flames and a high-rise building. No tattoos were observed on the subject’s chest, back, neck, or head.
