On 7/19/1992 @ 2115 the decedent was standing @ the street corner when a vehicle drives up and the occupants of the vehicle allegedly made a "gang" challenge to the decedent and another person who was standing with him. The occupants of the vehicle then opened fire with one or more weapons, striking the decedent. Decedent taken to a hospital where he died.
