White male found deceased in a concrete drainage culvert off of HIghway 95 at Mile Post 193.3 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. Was not there 3-4 weeks earlier when culvert was last accessed. Appears to be between 50-60 years of age. 6'0" tall and 180lbs. Was wearing blue jean pants, a black belt, a green "Hawaii Beach Club" T-shirt and a pair of socks.
