On 7/15/1995 the decedent was found unresponsive in his bed at a convalescent home. He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. Per the hospital records the decedent had a history of a closed head injury "a few years prior", unknown circumstances. Possible name & DOB of Gilbert Verdugo 02/23/1956. Unable to confirm/verify this information.
