Approximately 20-30 year old male riding his bicycle outside of Clovis, NM. Was reported to be wearing head phones, with radio, veered into lane with oncoming motorists. Was struck, suffered head injuries, extremity fractures. Was transferred to Lubbock Hospital, then to Roswell nursing home, where he survived for an additional 3 years. He never regained consciousness during care given. Multiple agencies attempted for identification. With an additional re-submission to the FBI, with no hit. Date Found: 1996-07-26
