On 08/14/1999 at approximately 1230 hours, the decedent was found by a maid in the Colonial Motor Inn # 208 in Reno, Nevada. The decedent was lying supine in the motel room's bathtub with his head resting on a pillow. There were two intravenous solutions hanging from the shower rod attached to an IV in the decedent's right arm. There was a suicide note dated 08/11/1999 in the motel room.
