The skeletal remains of John Doe #23-99 were found when after a brush fire burned through a field in Upland. The remains had been skeletonized for years prior to the fire. A victim of homicide, the remains are those of a male adult, between 18 and 35 years of age, between 5’6†and 5’10â€. Race could not be determined. Identity may only be established with dental X-rays. CA DOJ-DNA unable to develop a profile.
