Decedent was found floating in canal. He is believed to have drowned after crossing the U.S.-Mexico Border illegally. What appear to be a Graduation ring CLASS of 80-83 "ESC.TEC.COM.PROF.ABELINO BOLLANOS" was found w/ the decedent (Please refer to images). Date Found: 2000-05-15
