On February 13, 2015, an unidentified male body was discovered in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The decedent was later identified as Faisal Ali Rahmat. Despite the identification, significant gaps remain in the circumstances surrounding his death and subsequent efforts to notify his next of kin have proven challenging.
