On July 3, 2021, a man identified as Robert Colbert was discovered after collapsing in front of the Metropolitan Police Department in Washington, District of Columbia. Despite the presence of witnesses, the circumstances surrounding his collapse remain unclear. Following this incident, Colbert's body was transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner located at 1402 H Street NE for further examination.
