On October 25, 2021, the body of Alexander Paphitis was discovered in his residence in Woburn, Massachusetts. The circumstances of his discovery began with a water leak complaint from a neighboring apartment. In response to this issue, the property owner attempted to gain access to Paphitis's apartment to assess the situation. Upon entering the residence, the owner found Paphitis unresponsive, showing signs of decomposition.
