On September 2, 2016, the body of a male identified as Arthur Roy Delong was discovered in Heiskell, Tennessee. Despite investigations and identification, Delong remained unclaimed as his next of kin were unable to make funeral arrangements. This unfortunate situation resulted in a county cremation, a measure often taken when no other options are available.
