On January 23, 2017, the body of Richard Chukinuma Unegbu, a male, was discovered in Knoxville, Tennessee. Despite efforts to locate his next of kin (NOK), authorities were unable to find any family members or individuals who could claim responsibility for Richard Unegbu's remains. Without any family or next of kin coming forward, the situation necessitated county intervention, leading to his cremation.
