On April 10, 2019, the body of Anna Elizabeth Spencer was discovered in Knoxville, Tennessee. Despite initial efforts, authorities could not locate any next of kin (NOK) for Spencer, which led to her being classified as an unclaimed person. As per protocol in such cases, Knox County proceeded with a county-funded cremation.
