On November 17, 2019, the body of Decca Rae Serquinia, a female, was discovered in Aberdeen, Washington. Despite efforts to identify next of kin, her identity remained unclaimed. Receiving care at Grays Harbor Community Hospital, Decca Serquinia passed away from natural causes on the same day she was discovered, leaving authorities with the challenge of resolving her case as an unclaimed person.
