On the 1st of March, 2001, the body of an unidentified man, later referred to as Frank Williams, was discovered in San Bernardino, California. The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department - Coroner Division, was immediately involved in the investigation, and the case was assigned the number 01-1533RK. Unfortunately, the details surrounding the recovery of Mr. Williams' body, including his height and weight, remain unknown, complicating the process of identifying and claiming him.
