On April 1, 2003, the body of James Charles Wilson was discovered in San Bernardino, California. Despite extensive efforts to uncover his background and family, he remains an unclaimed person to this day. The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, particularly its Coroner Division, took charge of the investigation. They continue to handle the case registered under Agency Case Number 03-2451LD.
