On November 10, 2018, in Tacoma, Washington, the body of a 42-year-old woman, identified as Roberta Jean Romeo, was found lifeless in her residence. Caregivers discovered her unresponsive in bed, and upon calling 911, it was determined that resuscitation efforts would be futile as death was evident.
