Emergency medical services were called to the scene. Upon their arrival, the medics were presented with a Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) order. Despite the immediate response, Phyllis Anderson was pronounced deceased. According to the documentation provided by the facility and the decedent's Power of Attorney (POA), it was noted that her husband had passed away three to four years prior to her own death.
