On May 23, 2019, the body of a 74-year-old male, identified as Stanislav Stefan, was discovered at Manor Care of Gig Harbor, a skilled nursing facility in Gig Harbor, Washington. The nursing staff found him lifeless in the bathroom during their routine rounds.
